The Charge Caddy is equipped with a battery that lasts up to 24 hours and a durable and stylish case. The company was founded in September 2023 by a group of 17 employees. The company’s headquarters are located in Montville, New Jersey and it serves as our hub for innovation, research development, and reselling. We operate as an S Corporation because it offers limited liability protection, pass-through taxation, and potential tax savings for business owners. Charge Caddy recognizes the shift in technology in not only the education sector, but also in the business sector, and we aim to follow this trend.
